MirageCHAT · Social Auto Pilot

Your social media, on autopilot

Upload your photo and video library once. Social Auto Pilot prepares and publishes the planned content with AI-written captions and per-account results. Live for eligible Instagram and Facebook accounts; TikTok activation depends on platform approval.

The problem every business knows

Posting every day works — until real work gets in the way. The person in charge posts for a week, then forgets for three days, and the algorithm quietly buries your profile. Consistency is what social media rewards, and consistency is exactly what busy businesses can't maintain by hand.

What Social Auto Pilot does

Upload once

Organize approved photos and videos by library, account, theme or season.

Publishes on a plan

Set a pace for eligible Instagram and Facebook accounts. TikTok activation depends on platform approval.

AI captions

Generate a caption from the media and configured brand context, then approve it or let an enabled plan continue.

Per-account results

See where each item went, the platform response and what needs attention.

Organized media

Use separate libraries so each account draws from the right approved assets.

You stay in control

Review mode holds the queue for approval; automatic mode is an explicit per-plan choice.

Built for any business with photos

Restaurants posting dishes. Salons posting transformations. Boutiques posting new arrivals. Gyms, clinics, hotels, agencies — if your business takes photos, Social Auto Pilot keeps your profiles alive. And because it lives inside MirageCHAT, the comments and DMs those posts generate land in the same team inbox, with AI ready to answer them.

How the TikTok integration works

Social Auto Pilot publishes to TikTok on behalf of the business that owns the account, and nothing else. This is the whole of it, in public, so a business can read exactly what it is agreeing to before it connects.

Login Kit — user.info.basic

The business signs in to its own TikTok account on TikTok’s own screen and grants access. We never see or ask for a TikTok password. We read the display name and avatar so the workspace can show which account it is about to post to.

Content Posting API — video.upload

Granted together with the Content Posting API and cannot be unselected. MirageCHAT never uses it: we do not upload drafts to a creator’s TikTok inbox, only Direct Post below.

Content Posting API — video.publish

Direct Post: publishes on the schedule the business set, so a daily pace does not depend on somebody remembering. Off until the business turns it on.

Login Kit — user.info.profile

The connected account card: profile picture, display name, the verified badge, the account bio and a link that opens the profile on TikTok. It is shown next to the schedule so the team can see which account a post is about to go to.

Login Kit — user.info.stats

TikTok Insights: followers, likes, following and total videos for the business’s own account. Read-only, read live when the panel is opened, and never stored by us.

Display API — video.list

Recent posts: the videos already published to the connected account, with cover image and a link to each one, so the team can see what actually went live beside what is still scheduled.

The content is the business’s own

Every photo and video is uploaded by the business itself. Captions are written by AI in the brand voice and are editable before anything is published. Nothing is scraped, reposted or taken from another account.

Settings shown before publishing

Privacy level, and whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, are chosen per account and shown before a post goes out — together with the commercial-content disclosure where it applies, as TikTok requires.

Leaving is one click

Disconnect the account inside MirageCHAT and the tokens are deleted and posting stops. The business can also revoke access from TikTok itself: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps.

What do you store about a connected TikTok account?

The account’s TikTok identifier and display name, the access and refresh tokens needed to publish on its behalf, and the record of what was posted and when. The public counts shown in Insights — followers, likes, following, total videos — are read live from TikTok each time the panel is opened and are not stored. No viewer data, and no other account’s content. See our Privacy Policy.

Who can connect a TikTok account?

Only a signed-in member of the business’s own workspace, and only to an account they can already log in to on TikTok. One workspace can never reach another’s accounts — every query is scoped to the workspace.

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms are supported?

Instagram and Facebook publishing are live for eligible connected accounts. TikTok customer activation depends on TikTok approval and the permissions returned for the account.

Do I control what gets posted?

Yes. Review mode shows you the queue in advance and every post waits for your one-tap approval. When you're confident, switch any account to full auto.

Where does the music come from?

Instant Post does not add music when it combines clips. Social Auto Pilot uses only media and audio that the workspace is entitled to use; platform music remains governed by each platform and account.

Will it repeat my photos?

Not for at least 60 days per photo. The planner balances photos and videos, spreads themes out, and keeps your feed feeling fresh.
