Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MirageCHAT platform and mobile application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MirageCHAT is a business messaging tool that lets support agents receive and reply to conversations from connected channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Access is provided to agents through credentials issued by their organization (the “Workspace”).

2. Accounts & access

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to harass or harm others, to infringe intellectual‑property or privacy rights, or to violate the policies of connected platforms (including the WhatsApp Business and Instagram Platform terms, TikTok’s terms and the YouTube Community Guidelines). You must comply with all applicable laws when messaging end‑customers.

4. Third‑party platforms

The Service integrates with third‑party platforms: WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook and Instagram (Meta), TikTok, Telegram and YouTube (Google). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by those platforms.

YouTube. MirageCHAT uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to MirageCHAT, or by using MirageCHAT to publish to it, answer its comments or read its analytics, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Each video you upload through MirageCHAT must comply with those terms, including the YouTube Community Guidelines. How we handle YouTube data is set out in our Privacy Policy, together with the Google Privacy Policy; you can withdraw MirageCHAT’s access at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by MirageCHAT and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or reverse‑engineer the Service.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirageCHAT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.

8. Payments, refunds and cancellation

9. Personal data

When your Workspace uses the Service, Mirage Global Technologies LLC processes the personal data in its conversations as the Workspace’s processor. The Data Processing Addendum, including the Standard Contractual Clauses it incorporates, forms part of these Terms and is accepted with them. How we handle our own account and billing data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or its users. Your Workspace may also revoke your access at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
