How to use it
- Connect a channel from the Channels screen.
- Invite each teammate with an individual account.
- Assign, answer, tag or defer conversations from the shared queue.
Availability is measured per account. MirageCHAT shows when a provider permission or account step is still required; it does not label that capability as active.

Does everyone use the same login?
No. Each teammate has an individual account and permissions while the team shares the inbox.
Which channels are available now?
WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and website chat are available now. Messenger and SMS require the relevant provider access and account setup.
