Why ai client messaging move their messages into a shared inbox
Most incoming messages are variations of a handful of questions. What is the price, is it available, when are you open, where exactly are you, can I change my booking. Answering them by hand is most of the working day for a small team, and the answers drift as different people write them. AI is worth having for exactly that part — and worth keeping on a leash for the rest.
What you get
Three modes, per account
Suggestion mode drafts and your agent sends. Auto-reply answers by itself. Off means off — and you choose per account, not for everything at once.
It uses your own information
Prices, hours, terms, the answers you already repeat: what you give it is what it uses, so it is not inventing a number to be helpful.
The client's own language
It answers in the language the message arrived in. There is no setting to remember and no template per language.
Any trade, same mechanics
A restaurant answering about covers, a clinic about appointments, a rental about availability, a shop about stock — the same three modes, different information.
How it works
- Connect — link an eligible WhatsApp Business number through the guided flow. No server setup or customer-owned Meta app is required; provider authorization still applies.
- Invite your team — everyone answers from one inbox, with history, assignment and their own account.
- Save what you repeat — prices, terms, directions, photos: sent in a tap, worded the same every time.
- Answer from your phone — including straight from the notification, without opening the app.
Frequently asked questions
Which languages does it reply in?
The language the client wrote in. You do not choose it per conversation, and you do not keep a template per language.
Can I review AI replies before they are sent?
Yes — that is suggestion mode, and it is the default. The AI drafts, your agent reads it, edits if needed and sends. Auto-reply is opt-in, per account.
Will it invent a price or an availability?
It answers from what you have given it. Where it does not know, it says so and hands the conversation to a person rather than guessing.
Does it replace my team?
No. It removes the repetitive part so the team spends its time on the conversations where a person actually changes the outcome.
