What Google Business Profile is
Google Business Profile is Google’s free business listing: what people see when they look you up on Google Search and Google Maps — your opening hours, photos, reviews and posts. MirageCHAT will let your team keep it up from the same place as your messages and comments.
Reviews, answered on Google
Google reviews arrive in Comments › Reviews, next to your Facebook Page’s recommendations. Filter by Needs reply, or by stars: 1–2, 3 or 4–5. Your reply is posted on Google under the review, and you can edit or remove it later. A reply can be up to 4,096 bytes.

AI drafts and automatic replies, only with consent
«AI draft» suggests a reply, and a person posts it. Automatic replies are only for 4–5★ reviews. Both stay off until an owner or admin switches them on, and MirageCHAT records who switched them on and when.

Posts from Instant Post
Choose an Update, an Event or an Offer, add a button — Book, Order, Shop, Learn more, Sign up or Call — and write up to 1,500 characters, with one photo or the text alone. Stories, reels and videos are not posted to Google.

Google’s policy for lodging does not allow offers, so a hotel, guesthouse or other lodging profile publishes updates and events, never offers.

Analytics › Google shows views on Search and on Maps, calls, website clicks, directions and bookings, and last month’s search terms. MirageCHAT keeps this data for no more than 30 days.

Pick the Business Profiles MirageCHAT should manage — only profiles verified on Google can be chosen.

Questions
Can customers send us messages through Google?
No. Google ended Business Profile messaging in 2024, so Google brings your reviews, posts and numbers to MirageCHAT, not conversations.
Does the AI answer Google reviews by itself?
Only if you allow it, and only for 4–5★ reviews. «AI draft» suggests a reply that a person posts. Automatic replies stay off until an owner or admin switches them on, and MirageCHAT records who did it and when.
Can a hotel publish an offer on Google?
No. Google’s policy for lodging does not allow offers, so hotels and other lodging publish updates and events.
Which profiles can I connect?
The Business Profiles you manage on Google that are verified there. After you sign in with Google, you choose which of them MirageCHAT manages.
How long does MirageCHAT keep Google’s numbers?
