MirageCHAT White Label is a reseller program for agencies, software companies and consultants who want to give their clients one place for every customer conversation and every social post — WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, website chat, SMS, and the comments and posts on Facebook, TikTok and YouTube — without building it and without going through Meta’s App Review themselves.
You get a partner account. From it you create a client workspace for every business you serve. Each workspace is separate: its own connected channels, its own conversations and contacts, its own posts, its own team, its own API keys and webhooks. Your client connects its own WhatsApp Business number, Instagram account and Facebook Page through a link that carries your name and logo, and you decide whether they work in MirageCHAT, in your platform, or both.
We bill only you, from your prepaid balance: $75 a month for the platform and $1.25 a month for every connected channel. There is no setup fee and no limit on clients. What you charge your clients is your business.
Every channel
Every client workspace can use all of them. Your connect link covers WhatsApp, Instagram and a Facebook Page; Telegram, website chat, SMS, TikTok, YouTube and Google are connected inside the workspace by a person you add to it. Each connected account counts as one channel, at $1.25 a month.
The official WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta’s Embedded Signup. With coexistence the number stays in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone and the last six months of chats come in. Send templates, take WhatsApp calls and collect bookings with WhatsApp forms.
Direct messages, story replies and mentions in the inbox. Reply to comments, hide them, or answer in private — automatically with Comment to DM. Publish posts, carousels, reels and stories.
Every Messenger conversation of every connected Facebook Page, answered by the team from the shared inbox, with the whole history of each customer.
The comments on the Page’s posts sit next to its messages. Publish posts and reels to the Page, now or on a schedule, and see how each one did.
Publish videos and photo posts with a sound from TikTok’s own library, and answer the comments from the inbox with the rest of the team.
Upload videos as public, unlisted or private, schedule them up to a year ahead, keep playlists in order and answer every comment.

Create a MirageCHAT account and try every feature free for 14 days. When you are ready, add the first month to your balance — $75, plus $1.25 for each channel already connected in your own workspace, by card or bank transfer — and our team switches on your partner account. Your clients’ channels are paid from the same balance as they connect.
Add a client from the new Reseller menu, or with one call to the Reseller API from your own software. Give it your own reference, so your systems and ours always point to the same client.
Send the connect link, valid for 24 hours: your client opens it without a MirageCHAT account, sees your name and logo, and connects WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook in Meta’s own windows. Telegram, website chat, SMS, TikTok, YouTube and Google are connected inside the workspace by a person you add to it.

White label API
The Reseller API creates and closes client workspaces, makes and revokes connect links, adds their people, sets your name and logo, and reads your balance, statement and paid channels. The same key works inside any of your client workspaces with one header, X-Workspace-Id — send messages and WhatsApp templates, read and close conversations, keep their contacts in step, manage webhooks, and read the team, automations, WhatsApp forms, calls and analytics. Posting to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok uses its own publishing key, made in Reseller › Settings. One webhook brings every client’s new messages, conversations and connected channels, each with its workspace_id and signed with X-Mirage-Signature. The reseller key takes up to 300 requests a minute for each client workspace and the publishing key 60; over that, the answer is 429 with Retry-After.

Security and data
A client’s conversations, contacts, posts and keys never reach another client. Your key reaches only your own clients.
Every channel connects on its platform’s own sign-in screen, with only the permissions the business grants there — never QR codes or shared passwords.
Each WhatsApp Business account stays in the client’s own Meta business portfolio, and every channel can be disconnected at any time.
Our DPA, privacy policy and data deletion apply to every client workspace; contacts export as CSV.
