Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, where Meta allows it: keep the number in the WhatsApp Business app and connect it to MirageCHAT at the same time, or connect a dedicated number.

Who charges WhatsApp messaging fees?

Meta charges them per message, to your own WhatsApp account: every template, and the replies inside the 24-hour window after the first 1,000 a month on each number. MirageCHAT adds no percentage and no fee on top.

Can customers fill in a form inside WhatsApp?

Yes. Make a WhatsApp form — from Meta’s templates, ours, or your own fields — publish it at Meta, and send it from a conversation or an automation. The answers come back into the chat and the form’s log.
