Comments on your Instagram posts, your Facebook Page and TikTok arrive in one list, the new ones first, with the post beside them. Pick an account or a whole channel, and show all comments, only the new ones or those with no reply. Answer in public, move the conversation to a private message, hide, like or delete — or let an automation reply under every comment with your words and send a DM (Instagram and Facebook Pages). Mentions shows where people name your account, and Reviews your Facebook Page’s recommendations. YouTube comments arrive in the same list: reply, hold for review or remove. Questions
Can MirageCHAT send a DM to everyone who comments?
Yes, on Instagram and on Facebook Pages — with an automation: it replies under each comment that says your words and sends the person one DM, once per person on each post.
Can I answer when someone tags my account in a photo?
Instagram does not let any app answer a photo tag, so Mentions shows it with Open on Instagram and Mark as seen. Comments and captions that name your account can be answered from MirageCHAT.
Who can edit or delete a Facebook Page post?
The workspace owner and admins, from the ••• on the post in Comments. Deleting always asks first.
