In short

Your own systems can do what your team does in the Inbox and in Customers: list and answer conversations, close and assign them, keep the Customers book in step, manage webhooks, and read the team, automations, WhatsApp forms, calls and analytics. A reseller does the same inside each client workspace with one header, X-Workspace-Id. On Pro, the Publishing API posts to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Every endpoint is public at miragechat.io/developers/.

What can my own system do through the API?

List and answer conversations, close and assign them, add and update contacts, manage webhooks, and read the team, automations, WhatsApp forms, calls and analytics. Every endpoint is listed at miragechat.io/developers/.

Can my own system publish posts?

Yes, on the Pro plan: create a key in Security › Developer and post to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok with the Publishing API. The reference is at miragechat.io/developers/publishing/.

Can a reseller use the API for its clients?

Yes. A reseller key creates client workspaces and connect links and works inside any of them with the X-Workspace-Id header; posts use a publishing key made in Reseller › Settings. The reference is at miragechat.io/developers/reseller/.

Is YouTube in the API?

No. YouTube’s rules for apps do not allow its data through another app’s API. Post to YouTube from Instant Post in MirageCHAT.
