The problem every business knows
Posting every day works — until real work gets in the way. The person in charge posts for a week, then forgets for three days, and the algorithm quietly buries your profile. Consistency is what social media rewards, and consistency is exactly what busy businesses can't maintain by hand.
What Social Studio does
Post everywhere at once
One post goes to Instagram, your Facebook Page and TikTok, in the format each one takes: a post, a carousel, a story, a reel or a TikTok video.
Schedule up to a year ahead
Choose «Later», then a quick pick, a day in the calendar and an hour — or any time in 5-minute steps.
Your best time
When Insights knows when your audience answers, the calendar marks your account’s best hours.
Your posts
Everything you sent in one list — published, scheduled and failed — filtered by channel, account, type and day.
Change your mind
A scheduled post can get a new time, go out now or be cancelled. A failed one is retried only where it failed.
Insights
Views, engagement, posts and followers over 7, 28 or 90 days, and your best posts with their pictures.
Built for any business with photos
Restaurants posting dishes. Salons posting transformations. Boutiques posting new arrivals. Gyms, clinics, hotels, agencies — sit down once a week, schedule the posts, and each one goes out at its time. And because Social Studio lives inside MirageCHAT, the comments and DMs those posts bring land in the same team inbox, with AI ready to answer them.
How the TikTok integration works
MirageCHAT publishes to TikTok on behalf of the business that owns the account, and nothing else. This is the whole of it, in public, so a business can read exactly what it is agreeing to before it connects.
Login Kit — user.info.basic
The business signs in to its own TikTok account on TikTok’s own screen and grants access. We never see or ask for a TikTok password. We read the display name and avatar so the workspace can show which account it is about to post to.
Content Posting API — video.upload
Send to your TikTok inbox: when a person chooses it in Instant Post, the video or photos go to the creator’s TikTok inbox as a draft, and the creator finishes and posts it in the TikTok app.
Content Posting API — video.publish
Direct Post: publishes the video when the business says — at once, or at the time it scheduled in Instant Post. Nothing is posted that the business did not send or schedule.
Login Kit — user.info.profile
The connected account card: profile picture, display name, the verified badge, the account bio and a link that opens the profile on TikTok. It is shown in Instant Post so the team can see which account a post is about to go to.
Login Kit — user.info.stats
TikTok Insights: followers, likes, following and total videos for the business’s own account. Read-only, read live when the panel is opened, and never stored by us.
Display API — video.list
Recent posts: the videos already published to the connected account, with cover image and a link to each one, so the team can see what actually went live beside what is still scheduled.
The content is the business’s own
Every photo and video is uploaded by the business itself, and the caption is its own — written once or for each account, and editable before anything is published. Nothing is scraped, reposted or taken from another account.
Settings shown before publishing
Privacy level, and whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, are chosen for each video and shown before it goes out — together with the commercial-content disclosure where it applies, as TikTok requires.
Leaving is one click
Disconnect the account inside MirageCHAT and the tokens are deleted and posting stops. The business can also revoke access from TikTok itself: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps.
What do you store about a connected TikTok account?
The account’s TikTok identifier and display name, the access and refresh tokens needed to publish on its behalf, and the record of what was posted and when. The public counts shown in Insights — followers, likes, following, total videos — are read live from TikTok each time the panel is opened and are not stored. No viewer data, and no other account’s content. See our Privacy Policy.
Who can connect a TikTok account?
Only a signed-in member of the business’s own workspace, and only to an account they can already log in to on TikTok. One workspace can never reach another’s accounts — every query is scoped to the workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Which platforms are supported?
Instagram (posts, carousels, stories and reels), Facebook Pages, TikTok (videos, and photos made into one video) and YouTube (videos and Shorts, with the visibility you choose). Every post goes out with Instant Post, now or scheduled up to a year ahead.
How far ahead can I schedule a post?
Up to a year. Choose «Later», then a quick pick, or a day in the calendar and an hour, or any time in 5-minute steps. The post waits under Your posts until it goes out.
Can I change a scheduled post?
Yes. Under Your posts, a scheduled post can get a new time, go out now, or be cancelled.
Does MirageCHAT plan my posts for me?
No. You choose each post and its time, and it goes out on its own at that time. Nothing is posted that you did not send or schedule.
Where does the music come from?
Instant Post can put music on a reel: a track from Instagram’s own music catalogue for business accounts (on Instagram), or your own audio, mixed into the reel so it goes to every channel. Use only audio you have the right to use; each platform’s music library follows that platform’s rules.
