Instant Post can publish now or at a time you pick in the next seven days. A scheduled post goes out by itself — there is no approval step.
- Prepare the post in Social Autopilot › Instant Post: media, caption and the accounts under Where.
- Above the big button, switch Now to Later.
- Pick the Day — Today, Tomorrow or one of the next five days — then the Hour (00–23) and the Minute (in steps of five).
- The button changes to Schedule with the day and time, for example “Schedule · Fri 9 Oct, 11:30”. Press it.
- The window shows Scheduled and the time. You can close it; Recent brings it back.
Example: Corner Bistro prepares Friday’s lunch special on Wednesday, picks Friday at 11:30, and the photo goes to its Instagram, its Facebook Page and TikTok just before lunch.
Good to know
- The earliest time is five minutes from now; earlier times are greyed out.
- Times use the 24-hour clock and your device’s own time zone.
- If the window stays open until your time is less than five minutes away, you are asked to pick a later one.
- TikTok’s choices — who can see it, comments, disclosure — are made before you schedule, just as for Post now.
- The phone app has the same Now | Later choice above the button.
