Social Autopilot posts to your Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages every day, from photos you upload once, on a plan you set. Keep review mode on at first and nothing goes out without your approval.
- Open Social Autopilot › Photos. Press New collection, name it (for example “Spring menu”) and select it on the left.
- Optionally type Tags for this upload, then press Upload to your collection: JPEG or PNG photos and MP4 or MOV videos, up to 50 at once.
- Open Social Autopilot › Plan and press New plan, or Set up on an account’s row.
- Under Post to, pick the Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages for this plan.
- Tick Posts per day, Stories per day and/or Reels per day, then set how many and the window (between … until …). Posts go out at varied times inside the window.
- Under Which photos, choose the collection — or Any photo in the workspace.
- Optionally add a Brand voice for the AI captions and Hashtags. Suggest hashtags writes some for the market you pick; left empty, the AI adds 3–5.
- Leave Review mode ticked and press Save plan.
The plan fills the queue by itself; the posts appear under Today for your approval.
Good to know
- TikTok isn’t planned: TikTok videos go out from Instant Post, where TikTok’s choices are made for each video.
- Reels need videos in the chosen collection.
- A photo is not reused within 60 days. The Photos tab marks each one “never used” or “used N×”.
- Use the switch on a plan’s row to pause it, and Change to edit it.
- Plans made on the web use US Eastern time for now; check the first times under Today.
- In the phone app: Menu › Instant Post › Planned, section Auto-plan, New rule.
