With review mode on, every planned post waits for you under Social Autopilot › Today — the tab shows how many, for example Today (4).
- Open Social Autopilot › Today. Waiting for you lists each post with its account, type and time.
- Click a post’s photo or caption to open it. Edit the caption — the counter shows characters and hashtags — and press Save caption, or press Ask AI for a new one.
- Press Approve to let it go out at its planned time, or Publish now to post it at once. A green line with View the post confirms it.
- On a row, ↻ asks the AI for a new caption and × rejects the post. In the post window, Skip rejects it too.
- Many waiting? Approve all approves them in one go.
An approved post keeps Publish now and Undo approval until it goes out; Undo approval sends it back to waiting.
If a post did not go out
Failed posts appear under Needs a decision, grouped by cause, with what to do and the platform’s own message. Fix the cause — for example reconnect the account in Channels — then press Try again or Try all again.
Good to know
- Fill queue now plans the next posts right away and says why when nothing could be added.
- The next 7 days shows the queue as a week; click a slot to open it.
- To let a plan post without asking, untick Review mode in Social Autopilot › Plan (Change on its row).
- Captions can be edited until the post is published.
- Instagram gets at most 6 posts an hour from each account. An approved post past that waits a few minutes and goes out by itself; an account Instagram refused as possible spam waits 24 hours, and the post says why.
- In the phone app the same queue is under Menu › Instant Post › Planned.
- Agents need the + Approve planned level to approve.
