Owners and admins decide, person by person, whether an agent can use Instant Post and which accounts they may post to.
- Open Team › Agents and press Access on the person’s row.
- Under Access by module, choose the Instant Post level (see below). It saves at once.
- Under Posting accounts, tick the Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and TikTok accounts they may post to, and press Save posting accounts.
The four levels
- Off — Instant Post is hidden.
- Post — create and publish posts with Instant Post, and see Today, Photos and Insights.
- + Approve planned — also approve or skip posts in the planned queue, and see the plans.
- + Auto-plan rules — also create and change the plans that post automatically.
Templates under Start from a template set it for you: Social media gives + Auto-plan rules, Supervisor gives + Approve planned.
Good to know
- Owners and admins always have everything.
- An agent sees only the accounts ticked under Posting accounts.
- The same levels apply in the phone app.
- Every change is recorded in Security › Activity log.
