Instant Post publishes one post to every account you pick — Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and TikTok — from a single window. It is included in every package, on the web and in the phone app.

  1. Open Social Autopilot in the menu and press Instant Post at the end of the tab row.
  2. Under What to post you will see three cards, all switched on: Post, Story and Reel. Switch off the ones you don’t want — for a feed post only, turn off Story and Reel.
  3. On the Post card press Pick from your library, tick your photos or video (or upload from your device) and press Done. Several photos make one carousel. The Story and Reel follow the Post unless you press Separate.
  4. Write the Caption once. Emoji, #hashtags, @mentions and line breaks go out as written.
  5. Under Where, tick the accounts. All or a channel name picks every account of it; Search accounts finds one.
  6. If a TikTok account is ticked, choose Who can see this on TikTok in the TikTok box.
  7. Check Preview — one tab per account — and the summary of what each account receives.
  8. Press Post now. Each account shows its progress, and you can close the window; Recent brings it back.

In the phone app: Menu › Instant Post, then Start a post.

Good to know

  • Stories never carry a caption — put the words on the image.
  • Instagram takes the first 10 photos of a carousel; a Facebook post takes up to 80.
  • A single video sent as both Post and Reel goes out once per account (as the Reel on Instagram).
  • An account shown in grey under Where can’t post right now; its row says why.
  • If a platform refuses, that account shows Failed with the reason and a Retry; the others keep going.
  • Instagram gets at most 6 posts an hour from each account; the rest show Waiting its turn or Scheduled · … and go out by themselves. If Instagram refuses an account’s post as possible spam, only that account waits — 24 hours, or 1 hour after Instagram’s limit of 100 posts a day — and the post says why. Nothing is lost.
  • Owners and admins who use the phone app get a notification when the posts are live.
