A campaign sends one message to many customers at once — everyone tagged “booking-inquiry”, your VIPs, or everyone active in the last 30 days.
- Open Customers › Campaigns and press New broadcast. The Quick templates at the top fill in a first draft.
- Give it a Name. Only your team sees it.
- Under Send from account keep All accounts (per platform) — each customer gets it on the channel they use — or pick one channel.
- Under Platform filter choose Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram.
- Narrow the audience under Audience filters: VIP only, Active in last … days, With tag, Exclude tag.
- Write the Message template. {customer_name} becomes the customer’s name; {property_name} becomes the name of the channel it goes out from.
- Press Preview recipients to see “Will send to N customers” and some names.
- Press Save draft to send later, or Send now. Send now starts at once, without asking again.
While it runs, the card counts “Sending… sent/total”. Afterwards, See who and why lists everyone and the reason for anyone it didn’t reach.
Good to know
- On WhatsApp, a plain message reaches only people who wrote in the last 24 hours. To reach everyone else, send from one WhatsApp number with an approved template.
- Instagram and Messenger have their own 24-hour rule (Meta’s). People outside it show Meta’s reason under See who and why.
- People who asked not to be messaged are skipped.
- Pick a platform: website chat and TikTok conversations can’t receive a campaign and would show as failed.
- A saved draft has a Send button in the list, and asks before it sends.
