Menu › Instant Post opens three tabs: New, Planned and Published.
- New › Your photos: pick a library chip and tap Add photos or videos (up to 50 at a time). + New creates a library. Keep the screen open until the upload finishes.
- Planned › Auto-plan › New rule: choose Accounts and a Library, set Feed posts, Stories and Reels per day and the hours between which they go out, then Hashtags, Brand voice and Time zone. Decide on Review before posting and Active, then tap Create rule.
- Tap Plan posts now to fill the queue right away.
- In the queue, tap Approve, Recaption or Reject on each post, or Approve all (N). A failed post has Retry.
- Published shows how many posts went out, were skipped or failed, where they went, and how each one did.
Good to know
- Planned and Published need a package that includes them. Without it the tile shows the package name; posting with Start a post works in every package.
- Agents see Planned only if they may approve posts, and Auto-plan only if they may manage rules.
- TikTok videos go out only from Instant Post, where TikTok’s choices are made for each video.
- A rule with Review before posting waits for you in the queue; without it, posts go out by themselves.
