A campaign sends one message to many clients at once, filtered by who they are.
- Tap ＋ and choose Campaign.
- Give it a Name; only your team sees it.
- Under Send from account, keep All accounts (each person gets it from the account they wrote to) or pick one account. Platform filter narrows it to one platform.
- Under Who gets it, choose ★ VIP only, Active in last … days, With tag or Exclude tag.
- Write the Message. + Client name and + Account name fill in by themselves for each person.
- Tap Preview recipients to see how many people get it and what one of them reads.
- Tap Send now and confirm, or Save draft.
Good to know
- Campaigns go through Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram accounts.
- An unknown name reads “there”.
- The phone sends right away; there is no scheduling here.
- Drafts, results and past campaigns are on the website, under Customers › Campaigns.
- There is no WhatsApp template picker on the phone; a WhatsApp campaign to people outside the 24-hour window is sent from the website.
- Campaigns come with a higher package; without it the row shows a lock.
