Instagram: one account waits, the others keep posting

Instant Post, Social Autopilot and the Publishing API now send at most 6 Instagram posts an hour from each account; the rest wait their turn and go out by themselves. When Instagram refuses an account’s post as possible spam, only that account waits — 24 hours, or 1 hour after Instagram’s limit of 100 posts a day — and the post says why. Messages, comments and every other account keep working.
