When a paid package is not renewed, the workspace goes on hold and stays on hold until it is paid — it is never archived or deleted.
On hold, customers’ messages still arrive and everything can be read. Replies, posts and other changes wait. A post due while on hold fails with «Not published — your MirageCHAT package had ended at this time. Renew it under Billing, then press Retry.»
The Inbox shows one card, Your package has ended — your inbox is still open, with Renew under Billing (or Renew — add $… with the amount owed). Once paid, everything resumes within a minute. The phone app shows the same card.
