The three packages have the same features, with one exception: the Publishing API is in Pro only. They differ in how many accounts you connect and how many AI replies are included each month.

- Starter — 5 connected accounts, 100 AI replies a month.
- Growth — 12 connected accounts, 500 AI replies a month.
- Pro — 40 connected accounts, then $1.75 a month for each account more, and 1,000 AI replies a month. Includes the Publishing API.

What counts as one account
One Instagram account, one Facebook Page with its Messenger, one WhatsApp number, one TikTok account, one Telegram bot or one website chat — in any mix.
Team members are unlimited on every package.
AI replies
- Past the monthly allowance, AI replies are paid from your balance.
- Replies on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key (in AI › Models & keys) are billed by that provider, not by us.
Good to know
- On Starter and Growth the number of accounts is a hard limit. To connect one more, change to a bigger package. Only Pro takes accounts past its number.
- Moving to a smaller package disconnects nothing. You just cannot add more until you are under the new number.
