Team › Announcements sends a push notification to your own team’s phones — shift notes, an urgent update, team news. Customers never see it.
- Open Team › Announcements.
- Write a Title (up to 80 characters), for example «Team meeting tomorrow 09:00».
- Write the Message (up to 250 characters).
- Under Send to, choose All agents or Choose agents… and tick the people.
- Check How it looks on the phone, on the right.
- Press Send to … agents and confirm.
- The page says how many devices it reached, for example «Sent to 7 of 8 devices».
Good to know
- It reaches people with Mobile access who have the MirageCHAT app on their phone. Someone without the app gets nothing.
- History lists every announcement: when, to whom, how many devices, and who sent it.
- Only the owner and admins can send announcements.
