Growth is a new menu item for campaigns, after Comments. It takes the place of Customers › Campaigns, whose old addresses now open Growth. It starts with one question — What do you want to do? — and three choices: Send an offer on WhatsApp, Turn a post into customers and See what it brought.
Send an offer on WhatsApp goes in four steps — Who gets it, The message, When, Check and send — with the customer's phone beside them. It reaches only people who said yes to offers; anyone who said STOP is left out. Choose people by tags, tags to leave out, or what they did with earlier campaigns (Engaged, Quiet, New), and keep the choice under Saved audiences. The message is an approved template of your WhatsApp number; one that starts with a photo can carry this campaign's own picture. Send it Now, Tomorrow, 10:00 or Pick a day and time, after a test to your own phone.
Each campaign reports Sent, Delivered, Read, Replied and Unsubscribed, and Clicked when its button counts clicks — Count clicks in Channels › Message Templates does that; link previews and crawlers are not counted as taps. A running campaign can be paused, and Resend to N who didn't read sends it again to them. In the app: Menu › Growth, or ＋ › WhatsApp campaign.
