Growth › Turn a post into customers answers people who comment a word under your post. Four steps: The post (an Instant Post of the last 60 days on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok), The word (leave it empty to answer every comment), What they get (a reply under the comment, and a private message with your link) and Go live. A phone beside the steps shows what your customer sees.
Each person is answered once per post and gets a link of their own, so every tap is counted. TikTok does not let a business send a DM from a comment, so there the reply under the comment carries the link. YouTube comments are not answered by themselves; they wait in Comments. If your package does not include comment DMs or TikTok comment automation, the campaign says so.
The report shows Comments, Got the DM, Tapped the link, Wrote back (within 7 days), Brought and Failed; a campaign can be paused, resumed, ended or deleted. In the app: Menu › Growth › Post campaign.
