The phone app now manages the workspace the way the website does. Menu follows the website's groups, and Team counts a person as working while MirageCHAT is open on the web or in the app.
For owners and admins: Menu › Channels is the website's Channels › Connected — each card's state and why, and the ⋯ actions such as Edit channel (hours, time zone, out-of-office message) and Welcome & menu — plus Website Chat and Message Templates, where WhatsApp templates are created, submitted and tested. Menu › Team has the five tabs Agents, Performance, Rules, Quick Replies and Announcements. Workspace holds Profile, Package and Client payments; Notifications is the full page, with who is told, email or app, and quiet hours; Security has the activity log and Developer (AI Tools, API Keys, Outbound Webhooks).
Every member can read the announcements sent to them under Menu › Announcements.
