Each form under Automation › WhatsApp forms now has its own log: every time it was sent, to which customer, who sent it — a person from the Inbox or an automation — and what the customer answered.
- Sent, Answered, Waiting and No answer at the top are also filters. A form waits 24 hours for its answer; after that it counts as No answer.
- Narrow it with Sent by, the period (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, All time) and a search by customer name or number.
- Open a row for the answers, with Open conversation, Copy answers and Send again.
- Preview opens Meta’s preview of the form, Use in an automation starts an automation with it, and Turn off closes it to customers for good.
The tab is for owners and admins of a workspace with a WhatsApp number. In the app: Menu › Automations › WhatsApp forms.
