New form under Automation › WhatsApp forms now opens a library: Build your own first, then 13 ready forms — Meta’s four, marked by Meta, and ours, such as Hotel or villa booking, Restaurant table, Appointment and Offers on WhatsApp.
- A form opens in a short editor with a live phone preview: its name, the fields as a list (+ Add a field, Required, choices) and + Add a step for another screen. Save as draft keeps it.
- A ready form is written in the language of your WhatsApp number’s country when the library has it, otherwise in English. Change any word.
- A draft changes with Edit; a published form with Copy into a new form. Publish at Meta stays off while a form still holds the library’s example terms.
- A customer who ticks the box in Offers on WhatsApp becomes Subscribed in Customers › All customers, with the form named as the proof — unless they said STOP.
In the app you can pick from the library and edit a form. Build your own and publishing are on the web.
