Customers › All customers is now the one address book. Besides everyone who wrote to you, it holds the people you add or import:
- + Add person: name, WhatsApp number, email, tags, a list, and They agreed to get offers on WhatsApp with where and when they agreed.
- Import: a CSV file, rows pasted from a spreadsheet, or your WhatsApp chats. The same number is never added twice; the result says how many were added, merged and unreadable.
- Your lists sit beside the ready-made groups: + New list, and Add to a list in the selection bar.
- Two new columns: Marketing (Subscribed, Not asked, Said STOP) and Source (Wrote to you, Imported, Added by you).
- Send a campaign puts the chosen people in a list and opens Growth on it.
In Growth, Who gets it? now chooses From your clients (a group, a list or a tag) or Import or add new, and says how many of them get the campaign; Growth’s own contacts tab is gone. Customers › Follow-ups › Add people can take people From a list. In the app, Menu › Clients has the lists, the marketing status and Add a person.
