If an owner or admin has switched off someone’s Mobile access in Team › Agents, that person can no longer turn it back on by resetting their password with Forgot it? (in the app, Forgot your password?).
The new password is still saved, and the page says: “Sign-in is switched off for you in this workspace — the new password works once its owner switches it on in Team › Agents.” The workspace owner’s own sign-in is always on after a reset.
