Automation › WhatsApp forms now opens with a card, A WhatsApp form opens inside the chat, in four steps — pick or build, publish at Meta, send it, read the answers — with our guide and Meta’s. × closes it; How WhatsApp forms work opens it again.
Every form now has Delete. It asks first and says what will happen: a draft is deleted here and at Meta; a published form is turned off at Meta first. Its log goes with it; answers you already received stay in each conversation. Automations that use the form are named, and their Send a WhatsApp form step stops until you pick another form.
A draft Meta never had now says “Draft — not at Meta yet” on its own page, and Back from a conversation opened from a form’s log returns to that form. The same in the app.
