When an automation reaches Hand to the team, the conversation now belongs to your team until it is closed: the AI and every automatic reply stay quiet in it, and later automations do not answer there either.
Above the reply box the Inbox says Handed to the team. “The AI and the automatic replies stay quiet in this conversation until it is closed — it is yours to answer.” — on the web and in the app. Closing the conversation ends the hand-over, so if it opens again the AI answers as before.
An automatic reply that WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram refused is now shown as not sent, with the channel’s reason, instead of as sent.
