The customer list — Customers › All customers, called People until 9 October — opens on six ready-made groups, each with its count: Everyone, New this week, Waiting for you, VIP, Quiet for 30+ days and Bought (marked «Won» in a chat).
Each row shows the person’s channels, their last message with its channel and time, how long they have waited, their tags and what they spent.
Select people to Add a tag, Add to a follow-up, Export them or mark them VIP. Click a person to open their panel: tags, Follow-ups, History, all channels and Notes, with Open the chat.
In the phone app, Menu › Clients has the same groups.
