A published WhatsApp form can now be sent in two ways:
- In a WhatsApp conversation, press Form beside the reply box and pick the form. Owners and admins see it, while the 24-hour window is open.
- In an automation on the canvas, add Send a WhatsApp form. Choose how long to Wait for the answer (1 to 24 hours); the step has two paths, When it is answered and No answer.
The answers arrive in the conversation as a card, and the conversation list shows 📋 Form answered. Automation › WhatsApp forms lists your forms with how many were sent and answered. The phone app sends a form from a WhatsApp conversation too.
