Customers › Sequences is now Customers › Follow-ups, and people really enter it.
- Start from a recipe: Welcome new customers, Ask for a review, Win back quiet customers, Save a bad rating or Warm up interested people — or press New follow-up.
- Who gets it?: People I choose (with Add people), Everyone who writes for the first time, Everyone I tag as…, After we close a chat or After a rating of 1 or 2.
- Write the messages and the days between them; What the customer sees shows them. Stop when the customer answers ends it on a reply, and «STOP» always does.
- Each card counts in it now, finished, answered and said STOP. See people lists who is in it, with Remove.
Instagram and Messenger messages go only inside their 24-hour window, and WhatsApp after 24 hours only with an approved template; otherwise that message is skipped with the reason. In the phone app: Menu › Follow-ups.
