On WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, The free reply window has closed. no longer sits above the reply box the whole time. It appears when you click into the box, type the first character or a send fails, and hides by itself after 8 seconds (or with ×).
On WhatsApp, Send template shows with it; once the template panel is open, it stays open. A conversation you open starts without the note. On the web and in the app.
