The Customers menu now reads All customers and Follow-ups — People was renamed. Old links still open it. In the app the list keeps its name, Clients.
The Inbox search, on the web and in the app, now finds a person by the name you see for them: a name set with Edit name, the name on your business phone, or the name given when they were added or imported — as well as by channel name, @username, number and message.
The same name now appears in a conversation’s CSV export, team activity and Analytics, your reminders and scheduled replies, the team emails and pushes that name a customer, and the app’s contact sheet.
