Team › Announcements has been rebuilt:
- How important: Info is a normal push; Important stays as a bar on top of the Inbox until each person taps Got it; Urgent also needs Got it, repeats its push every 15 minutes (3 times at most) and ignores quiet hours. Info and Important that would land between 22:00 and 07:00, workspace time, wait until 07:00.
- Send to: All agents, Online now, the team of one channel, or Choose people….
- When: Now, Tomorrow 08:00 or Pick a time. Opens when tapped can link it to a page, such as the Inbox or Team › Quick Replies.
- People without the app get it by email.
- Under Sent, each one shows Seen by how many, with Remind, Cancel and Unpin.
The same screen is in the app, and Menu › Announcements lists what was sent to you. Owners and admins send announcements.
