Customers › Follow-ups now send on SMS too, from your own MirageTEL or Twilio number. Everyone who writes for the first time includes people who text your SMS number.
Under each message the editor shows what it costs as an SMS, for example «SMS: 57 / 70 · 1 part · Plain text». A step longer than 1,600 characters ({{name}} included) is skipped, and nobody who replied STOP gets a text. Each text is billed on your MirageTEL or Twilio account; MirageCHAT does not bill SMS.
In an SMS conversation the customer panel offers Copy number and Call. The same in the phone app.
