A scheduled post you cancelled yourself no longer sends the notification «Your post did not go out». When every post in a group was cancelled, nothing is sent; when only some were, the notification counts the others.
A post that MirageCHAT stopped for a reason of its own — such as your package’s posting limit — is still reported, with that reason.
