A new workspace with no channel now opens with Connect your first channel, over whatever page is open: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Website chat, with Telegram and SMS under More:. It is shown to owners, admins and managers.
Press a tile and Channels opens on that channel’s own connect window (since 13 October): WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, TikTok and YouTube open by themselves; Instagram and Facebook open their window from your tap. Website chat opens Widget Studio. The X or I'll do it later puts the step off, like the setup’s own skip, and neither the web nor the app asks again.
On a phone-sized screen it slides up from the bottom. In the phone app it is a sheet over the tabs; a row opens Channels on the web in a secure browser, already signed in.
