MirageCHAT now follows how Meta bills WhatsApp since 1 October 2026: per message. Every template is charged — a utility template inside the 24 hours too — and replies inside the 24-hour window are free for the first 1,000 a month on each number.
Billing › Plan › WhatsApp messaging and WhatsApp’s page in Analytics show «Free replies this month: about N of 1,000» for each number, and you are told at about 800 and at 1,000. Work out a campaign prices campaigns per message.
Marketing templates are not sent to US (+1) numbers; those people are skipped with the reason. In Channels › Message Templates, an Archived template has Unarchive — otherwise Meta deletes it 28 days after archiving.
When WhatsApp shows a person’s @username instead of their number, the conversation shows the @username, and Ask for their phone number sends WhatsApp’s Share button within 24 hours of their last message. Their answer moves the chat onto their number. The phone app shows the same button.
