The API at miragechat.io/api/ext/v1 now does much more of what the web does, with a key from Security › Developer:
- Conversations: list them, change their status or who they are assigned to, and read a whole thread page by page. POST /messages also sends on SMS and website chat.
- Customers: list, read, add, change, note and remove people at /contacts.
- Webhooks: create, list, change, test and delete them by API, and read each endpoint’s delivery log. New events: contact.created, contact.updated and contact.deleted. Closing or assigning a conversation on the web now sends conversation.closed and conversation.assigned too.
- Your workspace: the team, automations (and switching one on or off), WhatsApp forms and their answers, calls, analytics, account insights, tags and quick replies.
Webhook lists no longer show the signing secret, only its last characters. A reseller makes its publishing key in Reseller › Settings › Create publishing key. Nothing about YouTube is available through the API — YouTube’s rules do not allow it. Reference: miragechat.io/developers/.
