Agencies can now resell MirageCHAT. When the MirageCHAT team turns on the reseller plan for a workspace, its owner and admins get Reseller in the menu, with Client workspaces, Statement and Settings.
- New client workspace opens one for a client. On its row, Link makes a connect link that works for 24 hours: your client opens it without signing in, sees your name and logo, and connects WhatsApp, Instagram and a Facebook Page.
- Users gives your client’s people a sign-in with a password you hand them — MirageCHAT sends them nothing. Open shows the client workspace for two hours, with Back to Reseller at the top.
- Settings: the name and logo on the connect page, a reseller key that works in every client workspace with the X-Workspace-Id header, and one webhook for all of them.
- Emails about a client workspace go to you, never to your client. Client workspaces have no AI for now, and their Billing says it is handled by their provider.
The plan is $75 a month, plus $1.25 a month for each connected channel, paid in advance from your balance, each on its own date. A new channel your balance cannot pay is refused. An unpaid renewal has 24 hours; after that your workspaces are paused and your clients’ are read-only — messages keep arriving — until you Add money.
