Version 1.5.0 of the MirageCHAT app, on the App Store and Google Play, answers WhatsApp calls itself. A call rings the phone like a phone call, with the customer’s name.
- During the call: Mute, Speaker, Chat and End.
- Declining on the phone stops the ring on that phone only; it keeps ringing for your teammates.
- Call in a WhatsApp conversation asks WhatsApp whether the customer allows calls, then offers to call them, to ask them, or to Send a call button.
- Menu › Calls lists every call.
- Ring this phone for WhatsApp calls, in Menu › Settings, keeps a phone quiet; calls still ring on your other devices and on the web.
Older versions of the app show the call with Answer on the web. Update the app to answer on the phone.
