Rules and Auto Replies are now one page: Automation. Every automation answers three questions, in order:
- When? — the moment that starts it.
- What does it do? — a reply, a tag, a status, Email me, or Mark as VIP.
- Where should it run? — all channels, or the ones you pick.
Automations now also send on Messenger and Telegram, not only WhatsApp and Instagram. A rule’s reply keeps the older auto-replies quiet, and Pause the AI for this message keeps the AI quiet on that message.
