Automations can now be drawn: Form | Visual at the top of the editor. Drag steps, connect them, and branch:
- up to three buttons (WhatsApp reply buttons, Instagram and Messenger quick replies, a Telegram keyboard),
- Only if… with an Otherwise,
- A/B splits,
- waiting for an answer, the AI, and handing the conversation to the team.
The canvas works in any browser, on a computer or a phone. In the MirageCHAT app, visual flows open read-only.
