People comment a word under your post, and get your link by themselves: a reply under their comment, and on Instagram and Facebook a private message. It works on posts you made with Instant Post.
- Open Growth and press Turn a post into customers.
- The post: pick one of your posts of the last 60 days on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. A post that already has a campaign can’t be picked. Nothing yet? Press Post now.
- The word: type it, or tap PRICE, INFO, BOOK or LINK. Capital letters and accents don’t matter; leave it empty to answer every comment.
- Under Put this line in your post, press Copy and add the line to your caption — without it, nobody knows they should comment.
- What they get: A reply under their comment (one line per variant; one is picked for each comment) and A private message (DM) with your link (one per person). {customer_name} becomes their name and {link} their own link. Each one has a switch.
- Write Where the link goes — each tap is counted.
- Go live: check the sentence, name the campaign, and press Go live. The phone on the right shows what your customer sees.
The report
- Open it under Your campaigns: Comments, Got the DM, Tapped the link, Wrote back (in the DM within 7 days), Brought and Failed, then each person, with Chat to their conversation.
- Pause and Resume at any time. End stops it for good; a paused or ended campaign can be deleted with Delete.
Good to know
- TikTok doesn’t let a business send a DM from a comment, so there the reply under the comment carries the link. A post that is also on Instagram or Facebook gets a separate TikTok reply.
- YouTube comments are not answered by themselves — they wait in Comments.
- Each person is answered once per post, within seconds. Someone already answered by another automation on the post isn’t answered twice.
- The conversation lands in your Inbox. When they buy, press Won in the chat — Brought shows what the post brought.
- In the app: Menu › Growth › Post campaign, then Make it live.
