On a launch, the questions hide between the emojis. Comments is built to find them, answer them in bulk and clear the rest.
- Open Comments › New. It lists only the posts with new questions; J and K jump between them.
- Open the launch post. The line at the top says N new, the reactions and the comments between friends — and the number on the menu drops for your whole team, because the post has now been seen.
- When several people ask the same thing — the price, the dates, the song, where it is — a card says so and shows whether a follower already replied. Press Answer all N, write one answer, keep Start each reply with the person's @name on, and press Reply to all N.
- For everything else, press Reply under the comment, write, and Post (Ctrl+Enter).
- The noise never counts: emoji-only comments and friends tagging friends stay out of the number. Thank everyone ❤️ answers each with a heart (on TikTok, Like each and clear).
- Anything personal — an order, an address — goes by Message privately (Instagram and Facebook).
Before the launch, open Automation and create an automation that starts when Someone comments on a post. Pick the words (“price”, “link”) and the post, write a few versions of Reply under the comment, and add Send a DM with the link. - Replies can be up to 2,200 characters on Instagram and 1,200 on TikTok.
