Quiet hours hold MirageCHAT’s alerts at night, so only what matters wakes anyone up.
- Open Account › Notifications.
- In the Hours card, switch on Quiet hours.
- Choose From and to — for example 22:00 to 07:00.
During quiet hours
- Only rules marked CRITICAL are sent.
- Everything else waits, and arrives as one email in the morning.
- Recently sent marks those alerts Held for quiet hours.
Reminder hours
- In the same card, Unopened reminders, only between sets when reminders about unopened notifications — and the unopened list — may be sent.
Good to know
- Quiet hours apply to the whole workspace, not to one person.
- To let a team rule break through at night, mark it Critical — tell me at once in Team › Rules.
