Team › Announcements tells your own team something at once — shift notes, an urgent update, team news. It arrives as a push on their phone, a bar on top of their Inbox on the web, and an email for anyone without the MirageCHAT app. Customers never see it.
Write it
- Open Team › Announcements. To start from a ready text, press Shift change, Team meeting, Closed today, Tell customers about an offer or New rule under Start from, then edit it.
- Under How important, choose Info, Important or Urgent.
- Write a Title (up to 80 characters) and the Message (up to 250).
- Optional: in Opens when tapped, choose what a tap opens — Inbox, Team › Quick Replies, Customers, Automation, Social Studio or Help Center.
Choose who and when
- Under Send to, choose All agents, Online now, the team of one channel, or Choose people… and tick the people.
- Under When, choose Now, Tomorrow 08:00 or Pick a time (workspace time, within the next 30 days).
- Keep it on top of the Inbox until is ticked: choose tonight 23:59, Sunday 23:59 or I remove it, or untick it.
- Check Where it arrives (Phone push, Web Inbox, Email · no app) and the Preview (Phone or Inbox on the web).
- Press Send to … agents (or Schedule for … agents), then Send (or Schedule) to confirm.
After sending
- Under Sent, each one shows Seen by … of … and who hasn’t yet.
- Remind pushes it again to the people still missing; Cancel stops a scheduled one; Unpin takes the bar off every Inbox.
Good to know
- Important and Urgent stay on top of the Inbox until each person taps Got it. Urgent repeats its push every 15 minutes, 3 times at most, to whoever hasn’t tapped it, and ignores quiet hours.
- Info and Important that would land between 22:00 and 07:00 (workspace time) wait until 07:00.
- Up to 10 announcements a day, the scheduled ones included. Remind works once every 10 minutes.
- Only the owner and admins can send announcements, and only on a package that includes Team Announcements.
- Alone in the workspace? The page shows You're the only one here with Invite your team.
- Owners and admins can send from the phone app too: Menu › Team › Announcements. Everyone reads the ones sent to them under Menu › Announcements in the app.
